Families submitting a complete application may be approved to receive meals free or at a reduced price. If you currently receive food stamps, TAFI, or FDPIR for your student(s), your student(s) can receive free meals. If your total household income is the same or less than the amounts on the Income Chart on the application, and you submit a complete application, your student(s) may be approved to receive free or reduced price meals.
Incomplete applications will be denied.
All families must reapply each calendar school year. If your family previously qualified, your student(s) will be given a grace period the first 2 weeks of school until your new application is processed.
Victory Charter School is a separate Idaho School District. Even if you qualified for this program in another school, you need to submit an application to Victory.
Verification: Your eligibility may be checked at any time during the school year. School officials may ask you to send documentation proving that your application is correct and your student(s) should receive free or reduced price meals.
Fair Hearing: You may talk to school officials if you do not agree with the school’s decision on your application or the results of verification. You may also ask for a fair hearing. You may do this by calling or writing:
